Please note a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $100 is required to schedule your appointment. This reservation fee will be applied to your service with the remaining balance due the day of your appointment. CASH, CREDIT CARD OR APPLE PAY will be accepted for the remaining balance due the day of your appointment.
Due to high demand and respect of your artist’s time any NO SHOWS, RESCHEDULING or CANCELLATIONS with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeit of your reservation fee.
Booking is for clients who have had no previous work done by another artist. If you have had previous work done you MUST book a consultation beforehand to see if you will be a good candidate for an additional procedure.

FOR 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: REFRAIN FROM FACIALS, CHEMICAL PEELS, BOTOX, RETIN-A OR AHA PRODUCTS.
FOR 5 DAYS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: AVOID THREADING OR WAXING EYEBROWS, TANNING/ DIRECT SUN EXPOSURE.
AVOID THE FOLLOWING FOR 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: CAFFEINE, ALCOHOL, ASPRIN, IBUPROFIN OR OTHER BLOOD THINNERS, SUPPLEMENTS SUCH AS FISH OIL, VITAMIN E OR OTHER SKIN/HAIR/ NAILS VITAMINS.
FOR 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: REFRAIN FROM BOTOX/FILLERS , RETIN-A OR AHA PRODUCTS.
FOR 1 WEEK PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: EXFOLIATE LIPS DAILY, START TAKING L-LYSINE TO PREVENT COLD SORES, START TAKING ANTI-VIRAL IF PRONE TO COLD SORES.
When you arrive at your scheduled appointment you will fill out your medical history form as well as sign a consent form. Your PMU artist will go over all paperwork with you and will explain the procedure in detail.
The nature of all procedures is a tattoo meaning some discomfort or even pain may be associated with your procedure. Your PMU artist will use a topical anesthetic to numb the area during the procedure upon your consent. Please notify PMU artist beforehand if you have any known allergies.
Please note this is an open wound and proper aftercare is not only important for desired results but also to reduce the risk of infection. Aftercare instructions will be reviewed prior to your procedure and a copy will be given to you after your procedure is done.
Desired results will likely not be achieved during the first appointment due to the healing process. It is possible for eyebrows to heal either too light or slightly uneven and this can be corrected during the touch up appointment. Touch up appointments should be scheduled 6-8 weeks after initial procedure.
If you are seeing me for the first time you will be charged as a new client and will be subject to paying the full procedure price. I take clients with pre-existing cosmetic tattoos on case by case basis which is why you MUST schedule a consultation prior to any procedure if you have had previous permanent makeup procedures.
All canceled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will result in a forfeit of your reservation fee.
