About Us

I am Alysia (pronounced "AH-lee-sha"), a certified PMU artist and the owner of Perma Beauty Tattoo located in Roseville, CA. My love for permanent makeup began 4 years ago when I got my eyebrows microbladed for the first time. My blonde brows were always an insecurity of mine and I dreamed of a day when I could wake up with perfect brows that wouldn't wash off or wipe away. Permanent makeup has helped give me more confidence and giving my clients that same confidence is my absolute favorite part. The best part is you will still look like you!

I am 5x certified and trained in the newest and best techniques in the PMU industry. I currently offer Ombré Powder Brows, Nanobrows, and Lip Blush services. During your appointment you can expect a thorough consultation as well as a step by step explanation of the procedure. I design your brows and lips with you in mind taking into consideration your goals, your problem areas, your concerns, your skin tone, your bone structure, and your facial features. I do not begin any tattoo until you are 100% happy with the shape. I take so much pride in my work and truly take my time to ensure that you will walk away with the brows or lips of your dreams as well!
